With more than 180 rooms on thirteen floors, Xanadu guests can choose from five different room types including the Deluxe Room featuring a view and balcony; the Jr. Suite with king bed and balcony with ocean view; the one Bedroom Suite with separate living room, bedroom, and balcony; the two Bedroom Suite with kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds or one king bed, and full ocean view with balcony; and the Private Villa with private pool, kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 double beds. The Private Villa is located directly on the Marina and offers dock space if needed. All rooms include air conditioning, refrigerator, telephone, cable or satellite television, kitchen or kitchenette, and balcony or terrace.
