The Sunset Waters Beach Resort All Inclusive has 70 guest rooms, most with private patios and balconies and over half with ocean views. One-bedroom loft units have a living room downstairs and a separate bedroom upstairs. Two bedroom loft units have a living/dining room, bath, and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms and a bath upstairs.

All accommodations include air conditioning and color satellite TV. Many of the units have refrigerators and built-in hair dryers. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request.
