All accommodations are decorated in dark, British Colonial-style furniture, accented with vibrant Haitian prints. They boast high ceilings, large balconies, marble baths, and ocean views, and range from a 760-square foot room in the main building to a 2500-square foot two-bedroom suite.

Michel Rostang has been called one of the best in the Caribbean. Featuring spectacular views as well as the largest wine cellar in the Caribbean, this restaurant wows guest with its innovative and delicious combination of Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine. Michel Rostang is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers a children’s menu at lunch and at dinner until 7pm.
Le Bistro is a casual pool and beachside restaurant, serving lunch, snacks, and afternoon tea. A children’s menu is offered. |

Weddings :
The Malliouhana Resort and Spa is a picture perfect spot for an island wedding. Choose from the uncrowded white sand beach, the manicured gardens, or under an Indian tent overlooking Turtle’s Bay.
The resort offers a variety of packages, including such things as the minister’s services, flowers, a wedding cake, Champagne, a photographer, and the necessary paperwork.
Anguillan law requires that couples arrive on the island at least 3 days prior to the wedding ceremony. |

The Malliouhana Resort and Spa defines chic and luxury on Anguilla. Opulent and expensively decorated, the resort, set amidst 25 acres of lushly landscaped gardens, is luxurious, yet family-friendly. For instance, the children’s area includes a water park and faux pirate ship. (Not your average playground.)
The resort is closed during the months of September and October.
Service is paramount at Malliouhana, with a 224-member staff that attends to the 55 units. Celebrities appreciate the privacy and the service here, and you might see the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, a frequent guest, in the next villa.
Anguilla – pronounced AN-GWILL-A -- is a small, intimate island up the coast of St. Maarten. Anguilla is named for the French word for eel, “anguille,” reflecting the shape of the island. The pronunciation, however, is Dutch, which evolved from the Dutch and English traders that colonized the island. Just sixteen miles long and three miles wide, Anguilla is accessible by small, commuter planes or a ferry from St Martin.
